Pure Epoxy (PE)
These are used where the application is indoors; away from direct sunlight and where chemical resistance is required. The coating is smooth with no orange peel. Most low gloss finishes are based on this. Epoxy coatings are non-weather able finishes which possess outstanding chemical and mechanical properties. Epoxy Powders are the combination of pure epoxy resins cross-linked with proprietary hardeners. This chemistry of powder coating finds its applications where maximum corrosion and chemical resistance is required.

Epoxy Polyester (PH)
These are among the powders most extensively used in industry on account of their versatility. In fact, they can be adapted to the widest range of requirements: brilliance, finish, reactivity, for all those applications where resistance to direct sunlight is not required such as domestic electrical appliances, metal office furniture, shelves, radiators, shower boxes and all those articles that require an excellent decorative and protective effect.
EPOXY POLYESTER (HYBRIDS) Powder (PH) combine excellent decorative appearance with superb protective properties. A range of colors and glosses are available which provide good chemical resistance, flexibility, exceptional impact strength and overbake properties. The epoxy resin of an epoxy polyester hybrid formulation will chalk on exposure to sunlight, therefore this series is recommended for interior applications.

They are weather resistant to environmental conditions such as UV rays, rain, heat and dust etc. Pure Polyester powders are good for out door use where considerable amount of sunlight is present. They have good weathering and mechanical properties and resistance to over baking. Pure-Polyester powder contains polyester resins along with other additives selected specially for their excellent UV resistance and outdoor weathering. The powder forms protective and decorative film along with enhanced outdoor resistance.

Super Durable Polyester (SPP)
Super Durable Polyester powders are extensively used for industrial use where the highest requirement of the building industry regarding aesthetic performance, UV and humidity resistance. These powders have outstanding gloss retention and resistance to colour change with optimum functional properties ensuring the highest level of perfection. Super Durable Polyester powders contains polyester resins along with other additives selected specially for their excellent UV resistance and outdoor weathering. The powder forms protective and decorative film along with enhanced outdoor resistance. Because of its special content, these powders are suggested specially for exterior coating. Surface to be coated must be cleaned from oils, grease or flash rust.
